Project Description
My art practice has always been grounded in the mediums of light and energy. For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with materials and the energy they exude, as well as the non-tangible worlds that we move through as we experience our lives. Emotional, psychological, and spiritual worlds that build the fabric of our humanity. Often, as a designer, I am tasked with working in public space. My design practice has evolved into a tool to work these softer sides of our humanity back into our physical lives, resisting the encroaching influence that corporate and capitalist culture have on the aesthetics of public life.
